11th Blastia: Trouble in the swamp.

*Rita was exploring the swamp that the Dimentional Gate has gave them access. She was trying to find new ingrediants for her experiments, and trying to find something to defeat Revya and Dr. BT. She was doing this, but now she was getting chased by a horde of Serpents. Her magic seems to be working, but her chanting time doesn't let her get off more then one spell at once, and she doesn't have enough charge to activate her overlimit*

*She is interrupted by a large roar comes from behind them as a Large Bear like creature stomps out of the trees.*

What the hell is an Eggbear doing here?! And Why is it so big!!??

A-A Eggbear!? What the hell is an egg bear!

*She looks around, there aren't many places to run in a place like this*

It's a creature from my world! They are a large, predatory creature, when they are babies, are protected by a very hard Egg shell!

*it looks at them, thinking they look tasty. it's claws come out of it's paws.*

Oh crud. What should we do? Most of my attacks cause an explosion of some sort! Even if I snapped my book closed on him we could explode!

*She searches around for a way out, all the while seeming to hide behind Rita a bit however she hasn't really noticed that she's doing this right now*

Most of my magic attacks can cause sparks, save for some ice spells. Still, I wouldn't want to risk useing magic here. Just gathering the energy could cause a reaction to these type of gasses...

*Rita also puts her arm around Raspberyl, trying to protect her*

The only way to fight is with Melee skills. I'm not sure my attacks will do much damage to him though... Wait! Raspberyl you can turn into a sword right?

*she blushes a bit as Rita puts her arm around her and then perks up a bit when she mentions that*

Y-yeah, you're right!

~~W-why didn't I think of that? Am I really that much of a wimp without my magic!?~~

*Beryl jumps into the air spinning and transforms into the RASPBERYL SWORD*

*Rita does not notice the blushing. She grabs the sword when Raspberyl finishes transforming*

Ok, Now lets take down this Monster!

*She rushes at the bear and starts slashing away. The bear Easily dodges and backhands Rita into a tree*

*The sword wiggles around a bit* Woah! That was a pretty tough attack! Don't worry I know you can do it.

I believe in you!

I'll try, but I'm not a very good sword user. Maybe if I combine my melee skills with your sword skills? Is that possible?

Yeah, Just close your eyes and believe you can do it!

Or you can select it from the menu screen but that's not nearly as cool.

Just don't use my second magichange attack, it launches a blast of fire and that wouldn't be a very good idea at all.

*The skull face on the sword has a little typical anime sweat drop as she says this*

Right, the menu..... I guess that isn't as cool...

*Rita gets up, and stares at the bear. She then rushes the bear again. When She gets close this time, she takes out her whip and whips the bears eyes. As it's blinded, she used her first magichange attack. The bear falls to it's knees.*

Ha, take that!

*The bear gives off a mighty roar, and soon, many, MANY other roars answer, some from Eggbears, others from different demons.*

This might not be good...

Uh-oh, that sounded like a lot of them. Do you think we can take them all on?

*Rita thinks for a few moments*

I have an idea... but it will be dangerous. Do you trust me?

Dangerous? Well I...

...I have to have faith in my friends. No matter how bad the situation looks!

I'll trust you with all of my big delinquent heart!

*Rita nods*

I need you to transform back, and fast your biggest fire magic spell when I tell you too.

*The sword wiggles in agreement before it leaps from your hand and twirls in the air before transforming back into Raspberyl. She lands next to Rita and opens her book up, ready to throw out a Peta Fire when she gives the signal*

*Rita grabs hold of Raspberyl tightly, and waits till the monsters are close. Once they are all around them, Rita jumps into the air, activateing her levitate skill*

NOW!

*Beryl releases her spell and a huge ring appears on the ground below them, it spins around several times as a fire erupts from within, a huge woman that seems to be made of magma standing in the center, a moment passes and the woman releases the massive amount of fire energy around her*

*Rita starts to flyaway very fast as soon as the spell is cast. As soon as the fire touches the gas, a massive explosions happens, engulfing all the monsters. This explosion sets of more explosions, as the whole area blows up. Rita is flying as fast as she can to escape the blast, but it's slowly catching up...*

*Beryl looks back at the explosion and starts flapping her wings and waggling her tail like a paddle, In hopes that maybe it could help them to go just a tad bit faster*

*While it is slightly helping, it doesn't seem to be helping enough. Rita suddenly pulls Raspberyl in front of her, and smiles slightly.*

This may hurt a little... Spread thy alluring snare and deliver my enemies unto me, Tractor Beam!

*She throws Raspberyl in front of her, who gets caught into the tractor beam. It takes her high into the air, above the explosion. Rita, However, gets caught in it, and disappears from Raspberyl's view*

W-What are you doing?

*Beryl looks back at her when Rita holds her out in front of her, having a rather panicked look*

Wait! Stop, d-don't!

*She squeaks but isn't really able to stop Rita from tossing her into the air. She holds out her hand to try and grab hold of her but she's going too fast and her arms are too short. Her eyes become glassy and her mouth is open a bit as she watches Rita engulfed in the fire*

R-RITA! D-Dammit!

*The explosions die down, and the spell ends, leaving Raspberyl high in the air. Hopefully her wings will stop her from falling too fast. Below, the whole swamp is charmed to a blackened crisp. All the monsters seem to be dead, but there doesn't seem to be any signs of Rita from where Raspberyl is at the moment.*

*Beryl doesn't really notice that she's falling for a moment, she's too fixated on the crater that Rita had left behind. Tears slowly start to stream down her cheeks and she feels the wind rushing at her. She looks startled and flaps her wings quickly, eventually slowing her fall, she lands on her feet, and then drops to her knees*

R-Rita.... I never expected her to.. do that.. Raspberries!

*She bites her bottom lip and the tears keep streaming, She stands up quickly and runs down into the crater, not expecting to find much*

*In the crator are lots of bits of monster and trees. the smell of death is all around. A little to the right of the center, there is there sound of pages flapping in the wind. It's Rita's book. Near it, is Rita, bloodied, burned, and looks to be in a lot of pain. She's barely alive.*
